A leading equity firm in Mexico is seeking a Staff Customer Success Manager to optimize client processes and support SaaS implementation. This role involves client's success, relationship management, and data analysis to improve client experiences. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in client success or project management and a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. If you possess strong organizational skills and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you.

Your mission (if you choose to accept it) will be to support the implementation of a SaaS for our clients and help them digitally transform their talent acquisition processes.

As a Staff Customer Success Manager, you will ensure our clients achieve their goals and see the value promised by the sales team. You’ll learn to become a trusted advisor on future-of-work solutions, gain deep knowledge of recruitment processes, demonstrate how to improve them with our technology, and support the adoption of our solution.

This role is designed for someone who already has some experience (2–4 years) in client-facing roles, project management, or consulting, and who is eager to grow into a stronger leadership role in the future.

Responsibilities

🤝 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients to understand and optimize their processes

Coordinating with Apli’s professional services and data teams to meet client needs

Analyzing client data and preparing insights to improve their experience

Sharing structured feedback with Apli’s product team

Building professional relationships with client stakeholders

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and growth
Qualifications
🎯 You are the person we are looking for if you have:
  • English proficiency: C1 (Advanced) or higher

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields

2–4 years of work experience in client success, project management, consulting, or systems implementation

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
