A supportive mental health service provider is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to assist clients through the intake process and manage billing inquiries. This remote, full-time role requires bilingual skills in English and Spanish, along with a strong customer service focus. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and can effectively navigate client needs and insurance processes. The position offers a structured schedule, from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Job Description
The Client Care Coordinator will report to, and support, the Executive Director of Operations, and the Director of Human Resources and Co-Director of Client Success. These tasks are mainly focussed towards the following:
