A global coatings company in Guadalajara is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and complaints. You will ensure timely communication and coordination across various departments. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing. A Bachelor’s degree is required. The role offers an international work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

Takes care of customers & their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer. Pursues timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/BU, other order fulfillment functions, credit, and PSRA. Ensures coordination with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Takes care of customers & their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer.
  • Receipt of customer orders (Fax/e-mail / phone) and order entry in respective ERP System (SAP / AX).
  • Follow up on customer orders, and independent negotiations with customers concerning order details (delivery date, quantity, partial deliveries).
  • Catching hold of customer complaints, finding and establishing solutions once a complaint is Customer Service related.
  • Pursues timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/BU, other order fulfillment functions, credit,
    and PSRA.
  • Ensures coordination with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external customers.
  • Handling of consignment stocks incl. VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).
Required skills and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service within a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment.
  • Strong Customer Focus.
  • Good knowledge of Standard Office Software.
  • Resourceful with a good sense of initiative.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
