A leading insurance provider is seeking a Customer Care Associate II responsible for outbound calls and providing quality customer service regarding property insurance. This position is remote and demands a self-motivated, organized individual capable of working independently and maintaining high performance standards. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and hold a High School Diploma. The role supports a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Description
The Customer Care Associate ll is responsible for initiating high volume outbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance. Support borrowers and Agent/Carriers by obtaining policy information, de-escalate calls and process complaints and handle insurance disbursement.
This position is fully Work from Home since day one and requires a highly responsible, autonomous, and committed individual. The role requires someone self-motivated, persistent, and capable of working independently while maintaining high performance standards without direct supervision.
Assists answering questions in the team chats
Meets and maintains Productivity, non Productivity standards, Quality and attendance guidelines
Updates records and note system on every loan
Works on Claim Packets when phone lines low
Handles outbound telephone calls to borrowers, Insurance Agent/Carrier regarding property insurance
Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
Self-motivated and autonomous in a remote environment
Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented
Responsible, reliable, and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
