Formación

• 1+ years in similar positions within the automotive industry.

Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer

Lear Corporation- Nova II Plant, Chihuahua, Chihu.

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Customer Quality Engineer, based in Nova II Plant, Chihuahua, Chihu. (E-Systems Division). As Customer Quality Engineer your objective will be: Mainly focused on customer service to address quality issues, coordinate the implementation of defect containment both inside and outside the plant, and lead the multidisciplinary team through the problem-solving methodology.

Your tasks will be:

• Respond to customers regarding reported quality complaints.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality issues using various methodologies: 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, DDW.
• Track the status of customer-reported "concerns" until closure.
• Regularly check customer systems to ensure all reported issues have been addressed.
• Organize defect analysis meetings and customer responses.
• Use the LQTS system database to analyze customer complaints and update information until each "concern" is resolved.
• Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
• Understand and ensure compliance with processes and products according to customer specifications and applicable industry standards.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
• 1+ Years on similar positions within the automotive industry.
• Problem solving skills, 8Ds, 5 Why's, IATF.
• Advanced English level.
