Una empresa global en componentes automotrices busca un Coordinador de Calidad del Cliente en Apodaca, Nuevo León. En este rol, serás responsable de garantizar que los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad antes de la producción en masa. Se requieren habilidades en interpretación de dibujos, análisis CPPM y documentación PPAP. El salario oscila entre $30,000 y $35,000 mensuales, con beneficios incluidos como estacionamiento gratuito y seguro de gastos médicos.

Formación

  • Fuerte conocimiento en la interpretación de dibujos y herramientas de medición.

Company Description

DY Corporation is a South Korean company founded in 1978. Throughout the years DY has become a globally competitive supplier of hydro automotive components for industrial machinery mainly focused in heavy duty. DY has been expanding around different countries such as Japan, China, India, USA and soon to be Mexico. The site in Mexico is named DY Mechatronics and it is now in construction, expecting to be finished by the end of 2024. It is so far one of the biggest and most important projects held by the corporation, the reason why we are very excited to work on our new team.



Position

Customer Quality Coordinator


Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León



Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Customer Quality Coordinator located in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. The Customer Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all of our products meet our standards and customer requirements before beginning mass production. Follow up on customer scorecards to initiate improvement plans, prepare quality workshops, and handle customer complaints.



Qualifications


  • Lead the Customer Site Assessments

  • Lead the Customer PPAP request

  • Monitoring and analyzing the CPPM

  • Tracking of the customer scorecards

  • Support sales as QA representative

  • Lead Kaizen projects to reduce and prevent customer claims

  • Participate actively in regular quality reviews with customers

  • Attend customer claims and lead the corrective action when customer requests it

  • Participation in the PFMEA and Controls Plan



Requirements


  • Strong knowledge in interpretation of drawings and measuring instruments

  • PPAP paperwork for each level

  • CPPM Analysis

  • Understanding of special processes (welding, plating, painting) and knowledge of partner companies' processes (materials like pipes, tubes, rods), heat treatment, casting, forging, etc.

  • Addition of customer response (VOC analysis, identification of customer needs, correction and prevention of recurrence)

Recruitment Process

Once the profile is reviewed by the HR and administration staff you will receive a call or a message from DY Mechatronics Mexico. It is a 3 step process which requires 3 different interviews. The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check. The second one follows up with a face to face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team. The last but not least interview is held with the participation of our vice‑president and staff in which the final decision is made.
