You will analyze promotional effectiveness and collaborate with trade managers to enhance sales growth. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Tableau are essential for this role.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for the execution of customer investment strategy through the evaluation of trade promotion tactics and building optimization recommendations.

This role will leverage existing shopper/consumer insights on price & promotions assigned per customer/channel to deliver selling stories for optimization activities.

The purpose for this position is to support our stakeholders on gaining better understanding on how they invest today and where they need to shift investments tomorrow in order to deliver better revenue for customers, consumers, and the business.

What are we looking for?
  • Professional Degree in Business, Economics, Administration or equivalent.
  • 1+Years professional experience working with leading multi- functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
  • Familiarity with customer base and working knowledge of retail merchandising and in-store execution tactics is a nice to have.
  • Strong knowledge of syndicated data (e.g. IRI, Nielsen) and its nuances
  • Must be skilled with turning insights into opportunities & translating them into actionable.
  • Technical knowledge skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, SAP knowledge would be a nice to have).
  • Availability to travel 20% of time is needed.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Identify and evaluate promotion optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Trade Promotion Managers and Team Lead, to drive profitable sales and share growth across the U.S. for assigned channel
  • Execute complex and comprehensive analyses to support the development of channel-level and customer-level promotional strategies that achieve sales, share, and profitability objectives
  • Facilitate strategic conversations with internal Sales Directors and retailers (including customer reviews and top-to-top meetings) to evaluate tradeoffs and commercialize opportunities
