A leading automotive components manufacturer in Nuevo León is seeking a professional for supply chain management. You will manage customer demand and shipment plans while ensuring optimal performance in logistics and planning. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Advanced English proficiency is a must.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive sector.
  • 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service.
  • Experience with customer portals (OEM / Tier 1).
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, CTPAT, and basic automotive standards.
  • Experience in inventory control and demand analysis.
  • Advanced English level required.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage customer demand and shipment plans.
  • Maintain optimal customer ratings and address charge disputes with Finance.
  • Monitor EOP parts to minimize obsolete materials.
  • Access and update customer portals.
  • Coordinate production planning and inventory levels.
  • Communicate supply impacts to customers.
  • Ensure on-time shipments and correct packaging.

Scope
  • Manage customer demand, shipment plans, and past-due performance.
  • Maintain optimal customer ratings and coordinate charge disputes with Finance.
  • Monitor EOP parts to minimize obsolete materials.
  • Access and update customer portals to meet administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate production planning and inventory levels.
  • Communicate promptly any supply impact to customers.
  • Ensure on-time shipments, correct packaging, and ASN transmission.
Qualifications

5 years of experience in the automotive sector (Essential)

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Administration, or Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service (automotive industry preferred).
  • Customer portals (OEM / Tier 1)
  • IATF 16949, CTPAT, and basic automotive standards
  • Inventory control, demand analysis, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced English level.
