A leading hospitality software company based in Monterrey is seeking a dynamic Customer Growth Manager to drive upselling and cross-selling efforts with existing customers. This role requires a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and delivering effective sales presentations. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, results-driven, and proficient in CRM tools. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.

As Customer Growth Manager, your focus will be exclusively on upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers through outbound and product‑led growth initiatives.
You should be a dynamic and results‑driven individual.
You will lead, build, and manage a customer pipeline that aims to achieve above‑quota sales performance.
You will ensure that deals are of high quality with minimal post‑sale fallout.
