Aufgaben

• Consistently demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of AE loyalty programs.
• Utilize company tools to provide product knowledge and enhance customer engagement.
• Provide support to fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and incorporating trends and promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom for safety and presentation.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing through replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns following company policy with store leadership when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
