Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service Area and Logistics/Distribution.
• Knowledge of Order Management.
• Experience in Forecasting.
• Understanding of Customer Development.
• Experience working with Distributors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to enhance service levels and availability.
• Align commercial inputs with replenishment systems.
• Co-create strategic commercial plans with teams.
• Monitor key metrics for product availability.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning Heads on SKU visibility.
