Custom Clearence Specialist - sTelecomunication

We are looking for a Custom Clearance Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing customs processes to ensure that all products comply with the necessary regulations and requirements. Your ability to understand and apply complex rules of origin and international trade policies will be crucial to maintaining efficiency and compliance in our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage documents such as Packing Lists (PLs), invoices, and location instructions.
  • Review and request modifications to proforma invoices from suppliers.
  • Request payment approvals from the Finance department.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with suppliers for merchandise pickup and delivery.
  • Maintain continuous communication with warehouses and the direct sales logistics department.
  • Update trackers and consolidate information for reports.
  • Monitor and ensure the correct and timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Manage imports from Vietnam, including verifying the certificate of origin.
  • Send operational reports to different teams.
  • Maintain and update inventory.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in international trade, logistics, or related fields is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
  • You must have strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also essential.
