Monks is seeking an experienced insights strategist to monitor platforms, translate signals into actionable cultural insights, and collaborate with creative, media, and data teams to shape ideas with cultural relevance.

You will analyze performance within campaigns, explore AI-enabled workflows, and contribute to improvements in insights capture processes, joining a global marketing and technology services leader.

Formación

• 5–7 years in trend analysis, research or strategy.
• Strong instinct for culture and ideas, with ability to connect insights to creative output.
• Experience working closely with creative teams and contributing to development of ideas.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, especially AI, as a way to extend thinking and impact.
• Ability to merge data from multiple sources into clear, useful insights.
• Skilled at working in agile environments with concurrent projects.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
