A luxury resort on the Pacific Coast is seeking a Culinary Experiences Chef to elevate brand offerings through creative culinary experiences. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, and provide exceptional dining experiences. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef and a passion for culinary excellence. This full-time position requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned establishments.
• Must possess a passion for culinary excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Executive Chef to oversee daily operations.
• Lead culinary experiences around the resort.
• Assist with menu development and maintain recipes.
• Order and manage budget for kitchen items.
• Coordinate training activities for kitchen staff.
