Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) program lead in Monterrey to own end-to-end CTI operations, from collection to analysis and dissemination. You will define processes, standards, and roadmaps, and produce actionable intelligence briefs for cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years CTI experience, proficiency with major threat intel platforms, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on CTI experience.
• Experience with commercial threat intel platforms.
• Knowlege of MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain.
• Ability to own and run an intelligence program end to end and use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the CTI program end to end, from collection through analysis, production, dissemination, and feedback.
• Define and mature the CTI program's processes, standards, and roadmap.
• Serve as the primary contact for cyber threat intelligence across Cyber Defense.
• Monitor, collect, and analyze intelligence from commercial and open sources, manage subscriptions.
• Produce structured intelligence products: strategic, operational, tactical briefs, reports, actor profiles.
• Track threat actors, campaigns, and TTPs relevant to the industry.
