Kerma Games builds the technology that powers modern, social-first gaming experiences. Through our proprietary sportsbook and casino engine, we enable partners to launch fully branded, legally compliant gaming products combining real social interaction, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.

As part of our expansion, we are launching our Live Casino Studio in Monterrey, where we will produce and stream high-quality, English-language live casino content for international markets. Our studio will feature four live gaming tables, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps, delivering an engaging and dynamic player experience.

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Live Casino Croupier to join our new studio. In this role, you will be responsible for dealing live casino games on camera, interacting with players in English, and ensuring a smooth, fair, and entertaining gaming experience in a live-streamed environment.

As a Croupier, you will represent the face of our live casino brand, maintaining high standards of game integrity, presentation, and player engagement during live sessions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dealer, Croupier, or Live Game Operator (preferred).
• Good level of English (C1).
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
