A logistics company in Veracruz is seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute international transport operation schemes while managing a team of cross-border executives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or international trade, advanced English skills, and at least 2 years of experience in cross-border operations (Mexico-USA-Canada). Strong leadership and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute international transport operation schemes (models), according to requests and quotes from the commercial area.
• Develop operation plans and operational monitoring with clients through a supported team of operational analysts in monitoring 24 / 7.
• Develop improvement initiatives in current operations and according to volumetric opportunities by the client.
• Manage a team of 3 Crossborder executives

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or international Trade required.
• Advanced english2 years of experience in operation, according to cross-border (Mexico-USA-Canada) market.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to build sustainable relationships and partnership, inspire followership, lead and manage laterally and through others.
• Entrepreneurial spirit - externally oriented and inquisitive, proactive, resourceful.
• Proven Experience building effective cross-border businesses or relationships.
• Experience and know-how of ERP, TMS, CRM systems.
