Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst to perform credit reviews, approvals, and monitoring of portfolios in coordination with Risk Management.

You will identify credit migration and help manage Citi's global portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties. Responsibilities include approving counter-party limits, developing risk management processes, and advising on transaction structures.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial analysis, accounting and valuation.

• Advise businesses and clients on transaction structures and negotiate credit terms.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in financial analysis, accounting and valuation
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Desarrollar análisis dentro de los portafolios de créditos al consumo para detectar desviaciones contra plan y oportunidades de crecimiento.
• Establecer mejores prácticas para el seguimiento de los portafolios que permitan una toma de decisiones más ágil basado en datos.
• Enfoque estructurado en el planteamiento y solución de problemas del portafolio de crédito, encontrar relación causa-efecto, explorar fuentes de datos alternativas y ofrecer recomendaciones.

Lic. Actuaría, Matemáticas Aplicadas o Economía

Preferentemente titulado/a

Al menos 2 años de experiencia en riesgo de crédito o área afín.
