IFF is seeking an entry-level finance professional to support credit, collections and customer account management in a hybrid role based at Tecnoparque, Mexico. You will help monitor balances, analyze data and prepare reports to improve cash flow and financial accuracy.

The role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on learning in a global business services setting, with opportunities to develop core skills in credit operations.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Interest in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable or Financial Operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Credit & Collections team in monitoring customer accounts and balances.
• Assist with collection activities and follow up on overdue invoices to support cash flow.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, credit information and account records.
• Support customer account reviews and credit evaluations through data analysis and reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and documentation related to credit and collections performance.
• Assist in account reconciliation activities and ensure accurate financial records.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls and SOPs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Previous internship, academic project or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Credit or Collections.
• Experience working with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, credit analysis or collection processes.
