A leading global company in Mexico City is seeking a professional to manage a portfolio of approximately 300 customers primarily from the United States. This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent English communication abilities. Key responsibilities include reconciling customer balances, providing updates, and performing collection activities to achieve personal objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or International Business and is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
  • Take control of portfolio of approximately 300 customers mainly from United States.
  • Reconcile customers’ balances and provide constant update of account status.
  • Follow up on customers’ portfolios.
  • Provide support to sales area and reporting to the head of the department.
  • Achieve personal objectives and reduce overdue amounts.
  • Maintain a portfolio with current balances.
  • Perform collection activities.
  • Negotiate with customers to get payment in a timely fashion.
  • Manage every type of claim or deduction.
