A fast-growing natural food tech company is seeking a Creative Strategist with a direct-response mindset to lead performance creative strategy for paid media. This fully remote role requires strong experience in performance marketing, media buying, and a solid copywriting background. You will collaborate with various teams to develop, analyze, and improve ad creatives across channels, primarily focusing on metrics that drive conversion. This role prioritizes results and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

This role sits squarely in paid acquisition and performance creative.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with a direct-response mindset, ideally someone who started as a copywriter and evolved into performance creative strategy.
You will work closely with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and growth teams to develop, test, iterate, and scale ad creatives across paid channels (primarily Meta).
This role is about what converts, not what “looks good.”
