Position Overview

We're looking for a presentation-focused designer Creative Deck & Visual Designer with exceptional aesthetic judgment, storytelling instincts, and a flexible design voice.

In this role, you'll lead the design of pitch decks for music videos, branded content, and commercial projects — while also supporting visual content across social media, events, and internal assets.

This is not a corporate design role; we're looking for someone who can bring bold, artistic, and elevated design to everything from a 30-page deck to a short sales one-pager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling, brand-aligned pitch decks and presentations (30+ pages).
• Create visual narratives for artists and brands such as Rosalía, Charli XCX, Merrell, and ELF Cosmetics.
• Curate moodboards, location references, and visual inspiration based on unique client aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with producers and creative leads to interpret briefs and bring concepts to life.
• Design social media content including event promos, podcast snippets, and video thumbnail graphics.
• Support visual development for newsletters, one-pagers, short‑form decks, and other internal materials.
• Balance consistency and creativity — adapting to diverse visual styles without relying on templates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic or presentation design, ideally in entertainment, creative, or media fields.
• Multi‑page storytelling and pitch decks.
• Visual flexibility across artist / brand aesthetics.
• Elevated, artistic, and non‑corporate design sensibility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Excellent visual curation and moodboarding skills.
• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and changing workloads (e.g., next‑day delivery).
• Experience in creative studios, music, or video production teams strongly preferred.

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing for music artists or entertainment brands.
• Experience supporting social campaigns or digital‑first creative.
• Familiarity working with US‑based creative teams or clients.
