The role requires the ability to lift heavy packages, follow procedures, and assist customers with service information. A valid local license and a one-year experience are preferred for reliability.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides courteous and efficient package delivery and pickup.
• Operates non-articulated vehicles safely and follows procedures.
• Completes paperwork and records shipments accurately.
• Loads and unloads packages; assists with ramp operations.
• Responds to customer questions about FedEx services and keeps customers informed.
