We are looking for a Country Manager for our Mexican business to develop new opportunities for both our Asset Management and Technical Advisory Business Lines and to ensure profitability of the Mexican market. As Country Manager for Vector Renewables you will have an essential impact on our future development and pull the strings for our local market growth. In the role of Country Manager you will have to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are aligned with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment. This requires managing a team of local staff, coordinating with the headquarters and other regional offices, and developing and executing the business plan for the country. In your role you will have to properly set and monitor the budget, revenue, and expenses for the country, developing and implementing marketing, sales and execution of services, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, suppliers, media, and government agencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the country as well as reporting and communicating progress, performance, and feedback to Vector Renewable’s CEO and other relevant parties.
