Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Controlling specialist to join the Controlling Capability Centers in San Luis Potosí.

You will map business processes, drive FP&A and Record-to-Report activities, and develop guidelines, playbooks, and training materials. The role requires 6–8 years of S/4HANA experience in manufacturing or project environments, strong English communication, and a degree in accounting with CMA/CA or related certifications preferred.

• 6–8 years of experience in S/4Hana within manufacturing or project environments.
• Experience with Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Projects, and Material Master modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CMA/CA or equivalents preferred.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SAP S/4HANA FI/CO expertise and map business processes with FP&A focus.
• Set up procedures, playbooks, and training materials as part of R2R processes.
• Support Global Functions and BUs on new initiatives.
• Maintain master data for activity types, rates; run RA and analyze impacts.
• Configure Product Costing, CO-PA cycles, and cost object controlling.

Job Description

The Opportunity Build and contribute to the team within the Controlling Capability Centers serving the entire Finance & Controlling organization as a command center for CO module and Management Accounting activities on S4/HANA. The work requires engagement with Global Functions, BUs, and Hitachi central organization to understand requirements, priorities, and planned initiatives. We have implementation one ERP across 60 countries with S/4Hana system (Project Reiwa) and in the process of harmonization of the Controlling related activities How you will made an impact SAP technical knowledge (S/4Hana. FI/CO mandatory) Mapping of Business processes with more focus on Financial Planning and Analysis, Setting up procedures / developing guidelines – playbooks and training materials as part of Record 2 Report process. Support the Global Functions, BUs on new initiatives. Master Data maintenance w.r.t Activity Type, Activity Rates, Performing RA (Result Analysis) runs and analyzing the impact on Revenue, COGS, Inventory for the Sale order, Service order and Project (WBS) archetypes. Material Ledger and its impact on Result Analysis and Inventory valuation Periodic activities relating to Controlling Module. Product Costing,(Standard costing) Purchase info record, Cost Object Controlling, Profit Centre Accounting. Setting up of Assessment and Distribution Cycles including CO-PA cycles Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Experience from stakeholder management, with good communication skills in English is a prerequisite. The position requires more than 6-8 years of experience in S/4Hana Preferably working in Manufacturing Organization and Project environment / R2R experience Working Knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Projects, and Material master modules in SAP Bachelor’s degree in accounting with CMA / CA / CMA Inter / CA Inter / M. Com Certification in SAP FICO modules would be preferred
