Responsabilidades

• Advise management and business stakeholders on commercial, corporate, and real estate legal matters.
• Provide legal support across business divisions with internal and external counsel.
• Research, analyze, and interpret complex legal and regulatory issues affecting operations.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements, corporate documents, and policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Assist in managing disputes, claims, investigations, and sensitive matters.
