Una empresa líder en la industria alimentaria está buscando un Gerente de Proyectos de Inversión para liderar la ejecución técnica de proyectos en Coatepec, Veracruz. El candidato ideal debe tener 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de fabricación y proyectos de inversión en la industria alimentaria. Se requiere un nivel de inglés avanzado y conocimientos en desarrollo de personas. Se ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un equipo dinámico y contribuir al éxito de importantes iniciativas de inversión.

Formación

• 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia en un contexto de proyectos definidos y presupuestados.
• Determinar métodos para minimizar lesiones o daños.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el equipo de diseño y coordinar las contribuciones de los interesados.
• Crear el documento del proyecto de inversión y asegurarse de su cumplimiento.
• Coordinar esfuerzos con el equipo de inicio para una transición suave a operaciones.

Resúmen

Lead the technical side of capital investment project execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from investment project charter until start-up) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets.

This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and / or the purchase of new fixed assets.

UN DÍA EN LA VIDA DE

• Before starting the project design phase

  Support the End to End Project Manager in defining the project team, project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  Build the investment project charter and see to it that it is strictly followed throughout the project.

• During project design phase

  Based on : Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the Nestlé standards, the local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications, the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability) and, on top of all the previous, the workers safety during both, the construction and the further operation of the plant, execute the basic design and then the detailed design.

• During project implementation phase

  Lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders, to get the engineering side of the project implemented (e.g. buildings, equipment erections, piping, utilities, etc.) in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, the URS and the characteristics of a unit operation, all the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and a vertical start-up is assured.

• During the start-up phase of the project

  Coordinate efforts with the start-up manager and her / his team, to assure a smooth transition to operations, after the qualification and the verification of the installation have been finalized.

  Prepare and distribute the project documentation of engineering, including the engineering part of the project final report and provide feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System.

  Assure that the investment project charter has been fulfilled.

• During the whole project life

  Be the engineering project team leader, meaning integrating, motivating, feed backing, coaching, developing, managing and evaluating team members and being their support and liaison with the steering committee and all the project's stakeholders.

  Keep the End to End Project Manager informed.

• Manufacturing projects management ("making it happen") : 5 years experience in project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle)
• Capital Investment projects management in food industry
• Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and / or equipment (SH&E)
• Factory operations (as required)
• PTC (as required)
• People development and management tools (including PDG, coaching, competences training, career and succession planning, recruitment and development)
• English Level - Advanced
• Schooling : Engineering
