Descripción de la vacante

AECOM México busca un Coordinador BIM para apoyar un proyecto de Data Center. Serás responsable de gestionar el plan de ejecución BIM (BEP), crear estándares CAD y BIM, manejar modelos federados y generar reportes de avance.

Se requieren más de 7 años de experiencia en coordinación BIM, conocimiento de normativa BIM y experiencia en centros de datos. Inglés intermedio. Se ofrece modalidad presencial en CDMX y beneficios de la empresa.

Formación

• Requisitos mínimos: Arquitecto o afín con más de +6 años de experiencia o equivalencia.
• Requisitos preferentes: 7 años de experiencia en coordinación BIM, conocimiento de normativa BIM, experiencia en centros de datos, inglés intermedio.

Responsabilidades

• Manejo de Plan de ejecución BIM (BEP).
• Creación de estándares CAD y BIM.
• Manejo de modelos Federados.
• Manejo y creación de reportes de avance.
• Manejo de revisión de parámetros en Revit y Civil 3D.
• Manejo de extracción de cantidades.
• Manejo de BIM ACC en módulos de Document Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Design Collaboration y Model Coordination.
• Manejo de Revit, 3D MAX, Civil 3D, Autocad, Navisworks y apps para visualizar modelos.
• Manejo de Dynamo (Deseable).
• Manejo de Clash Detection.

Qualifications

Requisitos minimos:

• Arquitecto o afín con mas de + 6 años de experiencia o equivalencia demostrada en experiencia y/o educación.

Requerimientos preferentes:

• 7 años de experiencia en coordinación de proyectos de bajo metodología BIM.
• Conocimiento de normativa para manejo de proyecto BIM
• Experiencia en proyectos de Centros de Datos
• Inglés intermedio.
