Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking Coordinador/a de Desarrollo Curricular y Metodologías de Aprendizaje to lead our remote education initiatives. You will design, implement, and refine curricula and teaching methodologies to ensure engaging, effective, and standards-aligned learning across all levels.

The role requires a Master's degree and 5+ years in curriculum design or pedagogical leadership, with strong LMS proficiency and experience managing remote teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or pedagogical leadership, preferably remote.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative learning methodologies (e.g., project-based, inquiry-based, blended).
• Strong understanding of learning theories, educational psychology, and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of educational curricula and learning methodologies.
• Research and identify innovative teaching strategies, technologies, and pedagogical models.
• Design and develop professional development programs for educators focused on curriculum implementation and new methodologies.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to produce engaging learning materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of curricula and methodologies through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and institutional goals.
• Facilitate online workshops and communities of practice for educators.
• Provide guidance and support to educational teams in implementing new approaches.
• Stay current with educational research, trends, and best practices globally.
• Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
