Descripción del empleo
Company Description

We are an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) organization strengthening a project-driven culture: clear scope, disciplined change management, faster decision-making, strong evidence-based documentation and alignment across functions.

Role Description

Provide direct support to the Contract Management Manager in the administration and control of project contracts, with emphasis on:

  • contractual obligations tracking
  • change management discipline (VOs / Change Orders)
  • documentation governance and evidence control
  • risk visibility and reporting
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the contract obligations matrix: deliverables, milestones, approvals, guarantees, insurances, penalties, payments and close-out items.
  • Manage the Change Order / Variation log: registration, documentation support, tracking of status, approvals and commercial impacts.
  • Administer contractual correspondence: meeting minutes, letters, notices, formal communications, reservations of rights, and version control.
  • Support preliminary contractual analyses: scope interpretation, risk identification, notification requirements and impact timelines.
  • Prepare executive reports for project and management: contractual risks, open variations, exposure, critical items and required actions.
  • Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Cost Control, Finance and Legal to consolidate information and documentation.
  • Assist in claims prevention and development (when applicable): timelines, evidence compilation, preliminary quantification and file structuring.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project environments (EPC, construction, energy, infrastructure or industrial preferred) in roles such as contracts, PMO, planning, cost control, commercial or process improvement.
  • Strong Excel skills (matrices, trackers, control logs).
  • Desirable: MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint/Aconex or similar document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and documentation discipline (versions, evidence, traceability).
  • Intermediate to advanced English (vendors, documentation, correspondence).
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Structured, analytical and fast learner.
  • Strong follow-through: drives action items to closure.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple priorities.
  • Process-oriented mindset: brings order, control and clarity to complex environments.
  • Thrives in project-driven cultures where value comes from execution, not from “activity for activity’s sake.”

  • Exposure to high-impact EPC projects.
  • Competitive compensation
