Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a versatile designer for a 3-6 month contract (potential to extend) with up to 30 hours per week. You will collaborate with the marketing team to craft assets for paid ads, websites, and campaigns, balancing static and motion content.

A strong motion portfolio and ability to ideate beyond typical B2B design are essential. Contribute to creative concepts with a strategy copywriter, adhere to brand guidelines, and participate in regular team syncs.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B graphic design portfolio.
• Experience with motion design for social channels.
• Ability to meet flexible weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing to design assets across paid ads, website elements, digital media, and campaign collateral.
• Develop static and motion content, with roughly 50% static designs and 50% motion/animation.
• Contribute to creative concepting for campaigns with a strategy copywriter.
• Challenge briefs and push beyond traditional B2B design approaches.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while introducing fresh perspectives for brand evolution.
• Participate in weekly team syncs to manage workflow and align with goals.
• Demonstrate experience in B2B design with a strong motion portfolio.
• Create content for campaigns and demand generation, including paid ads and digital assets.
• Show strong motion design skills for social media.
• Work independently with a flexible schedule to meet project needs.
• Proactively push creative boundaries and bring new ideas to the table.
• Familiar with Asana, Teams, HubSpot, Canva Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
