Advanced Energy in Mexicali is seeking an CI Engineer to support, execute, and follow up on the CI strategy within the BU. The role involves implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, deploying CI events, and coaching teams to drive waste reduction and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of engineering experience, strong English proficiency, and hands-on ability to train and guide colleagues in CI methodologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years engineering experience providing support to projects.
• Proactively resolving process efficiency & waste issues.
• Fluent English in daily work (>=80%).

Responsibilities

• Execute CI assessments as required.
• Develop Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma implementation plans.
• Apply Lean Mfg. techniques through CI events at the BU.
• Assess processes to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Coach teams to analyze problems and develop solutions.
• Deploy techniques to balance process flow and optimize resources.
• Develop Visual Factory Management practices.
• Lead CI events and projects and track actions/results.
• Maintain 5S+1 in the workplace and train others.
• Deploy 5S+1 processes and follow-up.
• Support in company activities as needed.
• Identify best practices and share for implementation.

CI Engineering Position for BU in AEMX – Support, execute and give follow up to the CI strategy.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes the requirements of CI Assessments
• Develops the current implementation plans for Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma.
• Apply Lean Mfg. techniques through CI events deployed at the BU.
• Assess the process & procedures, to identify waste, losses & improvement opportunities
• Coach teams to analyze problem & develop solutions
• Deploys techniques to balance process flow in the operation to optimize resources and efficiency
• Develops Visual Factory Management
• Participates and leads CI events & projects
• Keeps tracking of the projects & events actions, results & savings
• Responsible to maintain 5S+1 in his workplace and be a trainer & coach to others
• Deploy 5S+1 processes implementation, improvements & follow up
• Supports in any activity related with the department or the company when is required.
• Identify best practices and shares to implement were needed
