Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst in Mexico City, hybrid role, focusing on end-to-end C2C automation. The role emphasizes SAP scripting, UiPath RPA, OCR technologies, and data analytics to drive process standardization across CBS and regional centers.

You will lead design, development and maintenance of automated tools, coordinate IT requirements with the Order to Cash owner, and mentor teams in using new technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Role Summary

As the Continuous Improvement Analyst for CBS (Colgate Business Services) you will focus specifically on Picture the end to end Process for the Future on C2C Activities managing the solutions already designed and leading the new opportunities for Automation and standardization, based on SAP Scripting (VBA developments) and RPA tools designed on Uipath, OCR instances, and all the new applicable technologies.

Responsibilities

Automation & Process Optimization: Serve as the primary point of contact for Credit to Cash (C2C) automation and standardization initiatives, continuously identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing OCR technologies.

Solution Development & Maintenance: Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of automated tools and scripts (SAP Scripting, UiPath RPA, and emerging technologies) while ensuring operational business continuity.

Project Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage IT requirements, align deliverables with the Order to Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner, and act as a key technical interface for RPA developments.

Governance & Best Practice Sharing: Coordinate available automation resources, adopt the FEED methodology, and actively share best practices with European shared service centers (CBS Europa) and cross-functional streams.

Capability Building & Support: Deliver technical support and training on new tools to build self-directed teams capable of independent problem-solving and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in General Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working within an SAP environment, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and data analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with specialized enterprise tools such as Instabase (OCR), Domo, Google DataStudio, or generative AI/LLM applications (e.g., ChatGPT).

Practical knowledge of software development principles using languages like .NET or Java, along with data mining techniques.

Proven project management skills and experience performing root-cause analysis on complex process bottlenecks.

Strong collaborative mindset, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and demonstrated team leadership principles.
