At Latino Legends, we partner with innovative U.S. companies to connect top‑tier Latin American talent with high‑growth, long‑term career opportunities. We are currently recruiting a Content Manager on behalf of one of our premier clients.
Our client is a fast‑growing private equity real estate investment firm focused on multifamily assets across the Southeast United States. Managing thousands of units across multiple states, they combine institutional discipline with an owner‑operator's ground‑level perspective.
They are scaling an executive‑led content platform anchored by their Chief Investment Officer, who hosts a leading podcast on capital markets, real estate deals, and AI in commercial real estate. Together with a newsletter and strong social presence, this engine reaches operators, allocators, and institutional investors nationwide.
We are looking for a hands‑on, high‑ownership Content Manager to build and run the production side of this content platform end‑to‑end. You will manage podcast editing and publishing, short‑form video clip distribution, newsletter drafting, executive ghostwriting on LinkedIn, and content library taxonomy.
You will join an established marketing team and supply the execution power needed to maintain a high‑cadence production pipeline.
Reports To: Marketing Director
Podcast Production: Edit raw recordings into publish‑ready episodes (scaling from 3 to 5 episodes per week). Maintain a rolling publication backlog, produce short‑form video clips for social media (minimum 3 per episode), write SEO‑optimized titles/descriptions/show notes, publish across major platforms, and create guest promotional packages.
Content Library Management: Build and maintain a tagged content taxonomy (by guest firm, asset class, topic, date). Actively mine past episodes and insights to synthesize thematic content rather than pulling only from recent releases.
Newsletter Execution: Own the company newsletter end‑to‑end. Repurpose podcast content, market observations, and portfolio insights into coherent, multi‑source issues. Track open rates, click‑throughs, and subject line engagement data.
LinkedIn Thought Leadership: Ghostwrite authoritative, operator‑to‑operator LinkedIn content for the company's C‑suite executives (minimum 3 posts per week). Distribute clips and highlights, and support light community management.
Asset Operations: Maintain structured content architecture in Google Drive, Metricool, and podcast host platforms. Support ad‑hoc content requests for webinars, investor events, and milestone announcements.
This is not a basic video‑chopping role. The ideal candidate excels at content synthesis—the ability to connect ideas across a vast library of market data, portfolio updates, and podcast episodes to create comprehensive, multi‑asset pieces (such as thematic newsletter issues or compiled content deep dives).
Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on B2B content production (real estate, financial services, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
Language: Native or fully fluent professional English with flawless written communication.
Synthesis Skills: Proven ability to synthesize concepts from multiple source materials into unified pieces of content.
Editing Capabilities: Strong podcast and video editing skills (Descript, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
Graphic Design & Copywriting: Skill in creating clean, professional social graphics (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and writing high‑converting LinkedIn and newsletter copy.
Tool Proficiency: Experience managing multi-channel content calendars, social analytics tools (Metricool, YouTube Studio, native platforms), and AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
Autonomy: Strong time‑management capabilities to operate smoothly in an asynchronous environment.
Background in commercial real estate, private equity, or institutional finance.
Experience running a high‑volume business podcast (3+ episodes/week).
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM/CMS.
Executive ghostwriting experience.
Basic SEO knowledge for video/audio discovery.
Operator Voice: Direct, market‑aware, clear, and specific. No generic marketing jargon or fluff.
Credibility First: Share clear insights and data rather than selling.
Respect for Time: Concise, high‑value content over long‑winding commentary.
No Reassurance Language: Communicate peer‑to‑peer without defensive phrases like \"not a sales pitch.\"
