LHH in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a system support specialist to manage day-to-day application support, QA testing, and bug fixes. The role emphasizes Jira-driven change management, Crystal Reports, Power BI reporting, and Snowflake data integration to empower planning teams.

Applicants should have SQL/data analysis skills, familiarity with C# or Python, and knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus. This position focuses on SCM/Logistics tooling and continuous improvement in a manufacturing context.

System Support:

• Provide day-to-day support for applications, including training, maintaining knowledge base articles, answering questions, correcting errors, and coordinating bug fixes.

Technical Skills:

• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries
