Job summary

Strada Inc. busca un Consultor/a SAP HCM para liderar implementación y configuración de nómina en entornos mexicanos. El candidato colaborará con clientes para definir requisitos, guiar talleres y mapear datos críticos, asegurando cumplimiento legal y migraciones sin fallos.

Se valorará experiencia en al menos 5 implementaciones, dominio de nómina en México y habilidades de comunicación orientadas al cliente. Se ofrece entorno global y proyectos desafiantes en un equipo colaborativo.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura o maestría en TI, Administración o RR.HH. con participación en >5 implementaciones SAP HCM.
• Conocimiento profundo de la normativa de nómina en México y experiencia en integraciones de RR.HH.
• Dominio del inglés deseable y habilidades de comunicación orientadas al cliente.

Responsibilities

• Colaborar con clientes para capturar requisitos de nómina y guiar talleres y configuración.
• Validar y configurar la solución de nómina e integraciones, asegurando cumplimiento legal.
• Soporte en mapeo y migración de datos, y verificación de precisión de información anual.
• Gestionar fases de pruebas SIT/UAT, paralelas y resolución de incidencias con equipos.
• Supervisar salida a producción (go-live) y asegurar operación lista del sistema.
