Job Title: Business Development Specialist / IT Staffing Account Manager (Nearshore Hiring, Mexico, LATAM, New Business Development, New Logos, Sales, Account Management)
As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with Change Management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business processes.
