What You Will Do In This Role

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the implementation and improvement of SAP solutions.
• Configure and provide support for SAP modules based on business needs.
• Document processes and configurations following SAP best practices.
• Perform functional and integration testing to ensure system quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing support to end users.
• Contribute to the design and development of innovations within the SAP ecosystem.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We Are Looking For

• A university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields (0-2 years of experience).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP (FI, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
• Familiarity with data management tools and relational databases (SQL).
• Ability to analyze business processes and suggest SAP-based improvements.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn about SAP, and adaptability to agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to receive and apply feedback.

Desirable

• Experience in academic projects or internships related to SAP.
• Knowledge of ABAP or programming languages used for SAP integrations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, or support.
• Understanding of Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or automation tools in SAP.
