Job summary

Danfoss in Mexico is seeking an Information Security and GRA consultant to independently deliver governance, risk and assurance activities. You will advise stakeholders on security requirements and drive improvements through data-driven insights, automation, and AI-enabled methods.

Responsibilities include leading GRA activities, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and coordinating third-party risk assessments, with a focus on security awareness and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of information security, GRA, compliance, audit or risk experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO27001 or NIST.
• Understanding AI technologies, AI governance, and risks.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management and vendor assessments.
• Experience supporting audits, reviews and remediation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Information Security, Governance, Risk & Assurance, Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO27001 or NIST), risk assessment methodologies, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of AI technologies, AI governance, and emerging technology risks.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management and vendor security assessments.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
