Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Mexico is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join our team and tackle complex business and societal challenges. You will work on high-impact cases, collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, and develop frameworks and insights to help clients unlock growth and value.

Travel is possible as projects vary by client, location, and scope, with opportunities to develop your leadership and consulting skills while advancing your career at BCG.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of strategy consulting experience and/or currently completing a Master's degree with applicable experience. An MBA is preferred, but other Master's degrees with suitable experience are also acceptable.
• Strong organizational skills and an analytic mindset. Must be able to understand and employ a variety of analytical tools to study markets and market segments, develop frameworks and hypotheses, quantify strategic options, and assess their effectiveness.
• Intellectual curiosity, coupled with a drive to figure things out, get things done, and have an impact at the organization level.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to work effectively within high-impact teams and generate actions with clients, stakeholders, and other individuals.

Responsibilities

Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. Because our clients operate all over the world, you may travel internationally.
