This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a relevant field, along with 10 years of prior managerial experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop good professional relationships. The job involves site supervision, ensuring safety and compliance, and requires the ability to handle pressures effectively. A Contractor's License is required, and Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations of the construction site

Monitor the progress of subcontractors, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget

Supervise and evaluate contractors and subcontractors; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate

Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored

Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site procedures and scheduling

Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports

Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained before construction begins

Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Site Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or relevant field

10 Years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles

Reading comprehension of technical documents

Excellent written and spoken communication skills
