El candidato ideal debe tener una licenciatura en contabilidad y experiencia previa en la industria de la construcción. Las responsabilidades incluyen la gestión de la contabilidad general, la preparación de informes financieros y el control de costos. Se requiere un nivel avanzado de inglés y habilidades en Excel. Construction Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall accounting of the company and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee cost control and budgeting of work in progress.
• Manage project accounting, including invoicing and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with auditors and participate in the preparation of financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related career.
• ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Knowledge of applicable tax and accounting regulations.
• Advanced level of English.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Computer can be provided as work equipment.
• Monday to Friday, 8 hours of work and 2 hours of rest in between.
