Edag-Engineering-Gmbh in Puebla, Mexico seeks a Connectivity Validation Engineer to validate and test bundled connectivity features, including modem functionality and SIM management, to ensure robust vehicle communications.

You will validate PEC functionality, perform BDC testing, and localize connectivity validation for the Mexican market, while analyzing results and supporting troubleshooting to meet quality requirements.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive Mechanics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Over 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
Basic knowledge of LTE, 5G (NSA/SA).
Prior experience with modem testing.
Experience with CAN Buses, Broad-R-Reach, and Serial Communications
Advanced English
German language desirable

Responsabilidades

Performed validation and testing of bundled connectivity features, including modem functionality and SIM management.
Validated Private Emergency Call (PEC) functionality, ensuring reliable communication and data transmission.
Conducted Breakdown Call (BDC) testing to verify roadside assistance connectivity and service availability.
Executed connectivity localization and validation activities for the Mexican market using the network.
Analyzed test results, identified issues, and supported troubleshooting activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Verified end-to-end performance of connected vehicle services under different network and operational conditions.
