The Gund Company is seeking a production operator to run composites manufacturing lines, including pultrusion and molding presses, ensuring quality and efficiency. The role involves setup, monitoring, and adjustments to meet customer orders and production standards.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and experience with manufacturing equipment. The position requires manual duties, tooling, and a strong safety focus in a shop environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with hands‑on, vocational or related coursework/training.
• Experience in manufacturing with mixing, batching or compounding equipment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Form molded sheets and shapes of materials using manufacturing equipment.
• Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, temperatures, and dimensions.
• Monitor machine operations and observe gauges to detect malfunctions.
• Review work orders and instructions for pultrusion and molding presses.
• Measure raw material and die dimensions to verify sizes.
