The Opportunity
Your Impact
The Compliance Training and Awareness Analyst is a key member of the Compliance & Ethics (C&E) Training and Awareness team with responsibilities relating to Global C&E training, communications, portal, Code of Conduct and related policies, as well as C&E Department resources and communication.
Responsibilities
- Compliance & Ethics Training
- Participate in developing course materials for annual Code of Conduct and Anti-bribery courses, Ethical Leadership course, New Hire Code of Conduct training, Conflicts of Interest training and other ad hoc on-line training initiatives,
- Support review process of the course materials, including providing and collecting internal input, communicating edits to vendor, working with vendor on changes and ensuring quality of training courses.
- Collaborate with MyLearning and GCC teams in supporting the annual and biennial training. Includes managing standard processes, trouble-shooting technical issues and updating Training FAQ doc for MyLearning team.
- Point person for Dashboard reporting, inquiries and managing SPA box including replying to SPA box inquires.
- During annual training program, attend weekly Region Code Champion calls and collate issues for resolution.
- Responsible for coordinating translations (26 languages) of all course materials and related communications. Review course translations to check course functionality, and formatting.
- Point person for gathering all training course analytics and course disclosures, including anti-bribery disclosure data. Review, analyze and distribute results to C&E teams.
- Coordinate any changes needed to the GC&E training library in MyLearning with training vendors and MyLearning, by updating content if needed, reviewing content-related queries, adding when needed, additional languages per an M&A/ new GC&E requirement.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants of the compliance training programs to identify areas of improvement and ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
- Keep inventory of training topics and training scripts.Code of Conduct and Global Policies
- Support annual Code of Conduct review. Includes incorporating subject matter expert feedback into document, forwarding questions, coordinating implementation of edits with vendor, updating link sheets, translations, translation review for core languages, and uploading internal and external PDFs.
- Annual Global Policy review: Responsible for translations of updated policies, posting (internally and externally, when necessary) and record keeping.
- MyPepsiCo Migration Project: Primary responsibility for migration and maintenance of portal and policy pages.
C&E Communications
- Collaborate with C&E team and Corporate Communications on development of C&E-related communications. Primary responsibility for coordinating all translations of C&E communications.
- Maintain inventory of all C&E communications materials. Collate all global and relevant Region C&E-related communications initiatives. Distribute to C&E Region teams the Act with Integrity
- Winners List in order to encourage sector-based communications on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain the C&E portal to ensure accuracy, responsiveness and functionality. Conduct annual audit of portal. Support the creation and dissemination of C&E awareness tools (posters, learning aids and presentation decks).
- Collaborate on annual update to C&E section of pepsico.com.
- Update the C&E department’s Team’s site regularly and as needed.
Other responsibilities
- Responsible for Training / Comms section of the application for the annual World’s Most Ethical Company award.
- Responsible for all C&E testing and monitoring activities relating to training, communications and policies.
- Responsible for vendor invoice management.
- Additional responsibilities may be required to meet the needs of the global C&E program.
