Responsibilities

• Handles complex auto claims with guidance from Team Manager/Senior Adjuster
• Manages 60 new claims per month with timely follow-up and documentation
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and fraud signals for referrals
• Maintains ownership of claim lifecycle from investigation to closure and reserves within authority
