RemoteJobsOne is seeking experts to create Reinforcement Learning Environments for AI systems. In this role, you will design checkers for competitive programming problems, implement them in C++, and produce robust test suites.

This contractor position is fully remote with Mexico-based eligibility. You'll work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality, well-documented code under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement checkers for CP problems with multiple valid outputs.
• Evaluate submissions against complex problem statements from CP platforms.
• Collaborate with the customer team to refine requirements and edge cases.
• Develop clear, maintainable C++ code to assess outputs and edge cases.
• Document checker logic and communicate intricacies clearly.
• Provide feedback to problem setters on test case improvements.

Job Title: Competitive Coder

Job Type: Contractor (15hrs+ a week)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

As an expert you will be creating Reinforcement Learning Environments which test an AI model’s ability to solve complex competitive programming problems. You will be tasked with creating a unique custom problem absent from all existing online judges, creating a reference solution and creating a robust test suite.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement checkers for competitive programming problems with multiple valid outputs, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
2. Evaluate and validate participant submissions against complex problem statements sourced from platforms like Codeforces.
3. Collaborate with the customer's team to fine-tune problem requirements and clarify ambiguous scenarios.
4. Develop clear, maintainable code in C++ to assess diverse outputs and edge cases efficiently.
5. Document checker logic and communicate intricacies or edge cases in both written and verbal form.
6. Provide feedback to problem setters and reviewers on potential improvements to test cases and checkers.
7. Stay updated with evolving competitive programming standards and incorporate best practices into checker development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Expertise in competitive programming and coding problem analysis.
2. Advanced proficiency in C++ for implementing robust checker solutions.
3. Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex problem constraints and multiple solution paths.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical details clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience as a problem setter, tester, or checker on major competitive programming platforms.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.

Start Timeline & Availability
