We are looking for a Mexico-based Community Support Specialist with solid communication skills and experience supporting a brand's engagement and outreach across channels and communities.
The ideal candidate will execute community engagement, growth, and support programs across multiple brands around the world. The ability to work fast and efficiently in a dynamic, fast‑paced startup environment is essential. A passion for music is a must as is familiarity with digital audio workstations, recording techniques, and social media best practices.
As a Community Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for community engagement, moderation, and support for a passionate community of musicians around the world.
