Procter & Gamble invites applications for a Commercial & Sales Planning Internship in Interlomas, Mexico. This part-time role targets active business or engineering students with English at an advanced level and a graduation window of Dec 2027–Jun 2028.

The 12–18 month program offers hands-on experience in the Sales department, exposure to KAM, shopper-based design, and business analysis, plus mentorship and a competitive benefits package.

Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $15,500 to $19,500 and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

About the role:

As a Commercial & Sales Planning Intern, you will gain invaluable experience in our Sales department, working on projects that include Key Account Management, Shopper-Based Design, Category Management, and Business Analysis.

What kind of internship projects you can expect?

As Commercial & Sales Planning Internship you will:

• Design and execute reports to track key customer fundamentals.
• Develop strategies to win in your category with the client, negotiating with trade marketing and other internal functions to make it happen.
• Manage end-to-end special projects such as eCommerce and contests: strategy development, fund planning, performance verification, reporting, etc.
• Interact and negotiate with various multifunctional areas of the client, including Directors.
