CoinFlip's digital currency kiosks make buying and selling major cryptocurrencies accessible and safe for consumers who wish to purchase their digital currency using cash. CoinFlip also operates CoinFlip Preferred, a personalized over‑the‑counter service that provides investors with custom, white‑glove support for their cryptocurrency transactions.

Role Summary

You’ll be the heartbeat of our Crypto Center: educating customers, driving sales, building relationships, and representing CoinFlip in one of our most exciting new markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth & Sales: Engage every customer who walks in – educate, build trust, and close the sale.
• Hit and exceed sales targets by generating repeat business, referrals, and local excitement.
• Spot opportunities for growth and take action.
• Own the Customer Experience: Act as the in‑store crypto expert and trusted guide.
• Deliver a smooth, friendly, and transparent experience every time.
• Build long‑term relationships that create loyal, returning customers.
• Operate with Excellence: Handle compliant and accurate transactions with care and precision.
• Keep the store running smoothly, organized, and visually sharp.
• Maintain logs of leads, follow‑ups, customer interactions, and sales activity.
• Build Community: Represent CoinFlip at local events, meetups, and community activities.
• Help establish CoinFlip as a trusted name in the Mexico City crypto ecosystem.
• Share on‑the‑ground insights to help drive strategy and growth. Other duties as assigned.

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
• General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.

Base Salary Range

$20,000 – $30,000 USD (with bonus incentives included). For all United States based opportunities, our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive health, dental, and vision insurance plans through BlueCross BlueShield (employer subsidized), a generous retirement savings plan with company match up to 4%, performance‑based bonuses and paid time off.
